How the shop works
MultiNFT is a marketplace where independent artists release and sell their own records, alongside a line of our own redeemable perk tokens. The artist who releases a record is its seller and is credited on the token; MultiNFT runs the marketplace, reviews every release, and settles the artist's share. You pay by card in US dollars (USD); a regulated payment partner is the merchant of record for the card and handles the conversion, and the token is minted straight to your own wallet. Delivery is immediate and on-chain — there is no shipment and nothing owed after the mint.

Recognising a genuine communication from us
We will only ever write to you from an address at multinft.app. Everything
below is true of every genuine message, and any one of them being false means the message is
not from us:
- We never ask for your card number, your bank details, your seed phrase or your private keys — not by email, not by message, not on a call. Nobody at MultiNFT will ever have a reason to ask.
- We never ask you to send cryptocurrency to an address in order to receive, unlock, release or verify a token you have bought.
- We never contact you first about a purchase you did not make.
- We never ask you to move a conversation to a messaging app, and we never write from a free webmail address.
- Our only support address is contact@multinft.app.
If you receive something claiming to be from MultiNFT and any of the above is false, it is not from us. Forward it to legal@multinft.app.
