Everything sold here is delivered on-chain, inside the payment transaction. There is no shipment, no courier and no waiting period — and the proof of delivery is a public record you can read yourself.
What is delivered
One ERC-721 token, minted to the wallet address you supplied at checkout. The token carries the piece — its name, its edition and whatever the product page said it grants — written into the token's own metadata, which is public and permanent.
Nothing physical is sent. There is no shipping cost, no delivery address, no customs and no tracking number, because nothing travels.
When it is delivered

What proof you get
Four things, and you can check all four without asking us:
- An order page, at a link you can return to at any time. It names the piece, the order reference and the state of the order, and it refreshes itself.
- A transaction reference — the hash of the mint, printed on that order page. Anyone can look it up on a public block explorer.
- The token in your wallet, holdable, displayable and transferable by you, with no account on our side involved.
- The token's own metadata, served publicly, describing what the piece is and what it grants. It outlives this website.
What we need from you
One thing: a wallet address you control, on the network the piece is issued on. The checkout echoes it back to you beside the price as you type it, because a chain transfer cannot be undone and the address is the one thing on the page worth reading twice.
We never ask for a seed phrase or a private key, and nobody at MultiNFT has any reason to. The address alone is all a mint needs.
If delivery does not complete
The authority on whether an order is paid is the signed notification our server receives from the payment partner — never your browser. So if your connection is lost, or you close the tab mid-payment, the order still completes. Open your order page again and it shows the current state.
If a payment is taken and nothing is minted, that is a full refund or delivery of the piece, your choice, settled within 5 business days — see Refunds & cancellations. Tell us at contact@multinft.app and we will find the charge from its time and amount if you no longer have the reference.
A mint that has been accepted but has not confirmed is chased within 2 business days.
Delivery to the wrong address
The token goes to the address you enter, and a blockchain transfer is irreversible. An address you do not control, or an address on another network, cannot be recovered and the token cannot be reissued. This is the one step in the whole purchase that cannot be undone, which is why the checkout shows the address back to you before it unlocks the pay button.
