Terms of Service

Who we are, and what you are dealing with

Multi NFT LLC, trading as MultiNFT, runs this marketplace. The artist who released a record is its seller and is credited on the token; our own perk tokens we issue ourselves. A regulated payment partner is the merchant of record for the card payment. MultiNFT reviews every release, mints it on a confirmed payment through our own contract, and settles the artist's share and our marketplace fee.

Who may buy, and from where

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.

We sell to buyers in the United States. If you are ordering from somewhere else, write to contact@multinft.app before you pay, and we will tell you plainly whether we are able to sell to you.

You must be free of any applicable sanctions or restricted-party listing, and you must be ordinarily resident somewhere our payment partner and we are permitted to trade. We may refuse or cancel any order on these grounds, and where an order has already been charged we refund it in full.

What you are buying

A Token is a consumer digital product represented by an ERC-721 token. It grants exactly the rights described on its product page and in the token's own metadata at the time of purchase, and nothing further.

It is sold outright at the price shown. What MultiNFT undertakes is set out in full on the product page and inside the token's own metadata: the piece, its edition, the network it is minted on and the wallet it is minted to. That is the whole of the agreement between us. Buy a Token for the rights it grants and for the piece itself.

Price, currency and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and the figure displayed at checkout is the figure charged to your card. Our Pricing & fees policy sets out the published price ladder, how open-priced pressings work, and how the payment partner's processing fee is handled.

Any sales, use or value-added tax that applies to a purchase is included in the price you are shown. If a tax authority later determines that a different amount was due, we account for it ourselves and we do not come back to you for it.

Settlement happens on-chain in the network's own asset, whose market price moves independently of the dollar figure you paid. That movement changes nothing about your purchase.

Payment, and how the charge appears

Card payments are processed by our regulated payment partner, which acts as merchant of record for the card transaction and may perform the identity and sanctions checks required of it by law. Your card number, expiry date and security code are entered in that partner's own window and go to them; this application has no path that could receive one. Your purchase is also subject to that partner's own terms.

Delivery, and your wallet address

Delivery is immediate and digital. The Token is minted to the wallet address you provide, as part of the payment transaction, and delivery is complete at the mint. Our Delivery policy sets out what you receive, how fast, and the proof you hold afterwards.

You are responsible for the address you enter. Blockchain transfers are irreversible: an address you do not control, or an address on the wrong network, cannot be recovered and the Token cannot be reissued. The checkout echoes the address back to you beside the price as you type it, for that reason.

Cancellation and refunds

Our Refunds & cancellations policy forms part of these Terms and sets out exactly when an order can be stopped and when money comes back. Please read it before buying: delivery completes at the mint, and a delivered token sits in a wallet we do not control, so the cases in which a refund is possible are set out there specifically.

What the Token permits

Each token carries its own grant, stated on the product page and written into the token's metadata. The grant runs with the token: if you transfer the token, the rights transfer with it and you stop holding them. The grant permits you to hold, display and transfer the token; it stops short of permitting you to represent that MultiNFT endorses you or your products.

The artwork and intellectual property

The artwork attached to a Token is the work of the artist who released it. Buying the Token makes you the owner of that individual token — you may hold it, display it, use it as a profile image, and sell or transfer it — together with any further rights the product page grants. Copyright in the underlying artwork stays with MultiNFT unless the product page states otherwise; owning a Token is a different thing from owning the copyright in its art. Authorship stays with its creator, as does any trademark in it, and your use of the artwork stays inside the rights the product page grants. MultiNFT's own name, logo and site remain ours.

Acceptable use

This site is for buying the pieces it lists, and for that alone. You agree to use it lawfully: keeping clear of money laundering, sanctions evasion, funding unlawful activity, fraudulent or unauthorised card use, automated scraping that degrades the service, and any attempt to interfere with the site's operation or its security. We may suspend access and cancel orders where we reasonably suspect any of these, and we report what the law requires us to report.

Availability, and changes to the catalogue

We may add, withdraw, pause or reprice Tokens at any time before purchase, and may pause sales entirely. A price change never applies to an order already placed. If a listing is withdrawn between your payment and the mint, that order is refunded in full under the Refunds & cancellations.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a Token is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are responsible for delivering the piece you bought, as described, to the address you gave. Matters outside that — network congestion, the behaviour of a third-party wallet or exchange, an address you supplied incorrectly, and the market price of any asset — sit outside what we are able to answer for.

We are also excused from performance for as long as an event outside our reasonable control prevents it, including an outage at a network, a payment partner or a hosting provider; where that stops an order completing, the order is refunded in full.

If a third party brings an action

If your use of this site in breach of these Terms causes a third party to bring an action against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it. This is the only obligation of its kind in these Terms, and it is limited to that situation.

Write to us first. Send the detail to legal@multinft.app. We will reply within 1 business day and we will work with you for up to 30 days to settle it between us. Most matters end here, and it is faster for you than any other route.

Your card rights are untouched. You keep the right to raise the charge with your own bank at any time, and using it changes nothing about how we treat you. Either of us may also bring a matter in a small-claims court where one is available.

Governing law and venue. These Terms, and any matter arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA are where a formal action is brought.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it, and the date it came into force is printed in the masthead at the top of this page. A material change is noted here rather than sent to you individually.

General, and how to reach us formally

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we keep the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor to our business. These Terms, the policies they link to, and the product page for what you bought are the whole agreement between us about that purchase.
