One currency, one published ladder of prices, and the figure on the pay button is the figure on your statement. This page says exactly how that works.
The currency, and the figure you are charged

The published price ladder
Prices are not set piece by piece. Every listing sits on one published ladder of 18 rungs, so a price on this site is always one of these figures and never an arbitrary number:

Nothing fixed-price is marked below $28. The rungs below that are floors on open-priced pressings, described next.
Open-priced pressings
Some pressings are open-priced: the marked figure is the least the piece goes for, and you may choose a higher rung from the ladder if you want to. The checkout shows the choices, and the figure you choose is written onto the pay button before you press it.
Whatever you choose is what is charged. There is no suggested amount pre-selected above the floor and no step that raises it after you have chosen.
Fees

Identity checks on larger purchases
At and above $1,000, our payment partner asks you for a photo ID and a short camera check in its own window before the payment completes. It takes a couple of minutes and happens once. The document goes to them, never to us, and the piece is minted the moment the payment clears. The checkout says so on the pieces it applies to, before you pay.
Price changes
We may reprice a listing at any time before a purchase. A price change never applies to an order already placed: the figure you approved is the figure charged. If a listing is withdrawn between your payment and the mint, the order is refunded in full.
